Hide expandable textTo download a file, mark its box and choose Manage > Download.
- For most file types, Onvio downloads a file when you click it; however, when you click a BMP, JPE, JPEG, JPG, PDF, or PNG file, Onvio displays the file on screen.
- You can download a file that you are viewing in the Documents area by clicking the Download button on the toolbar.
- You can download files only if your accountant has assigned appropriate permissions for shared folders in the Documents area. For more information on shared folder permissions, contact your accountant.
