Download files

You can download selected documents or a folder with all the documents that it contains to a zipped file.

To download a file, mark its box and choose Manage > Download.

To download a folder and it's contents, mark its box and choose Manage > Download as ZIP.

  • For most file types, Onvio downloads a file when you click it; however, when you click a BMP, JPE, JPEG, JPG, PDF, or PNG file, Onvio displays the file on screen.
  • Client contacts with appropriate permissions can download files from shared folders.
  • You can download a file that you are viewing in the Documents area by clicking the Download button on the toolbar.
