Check registration for Client Center

After inviting a client to register for the Onvio Client Center, you can check whether they have registered and resend the email invitation if necessary.

  1. Choose Setup > Clients from the menu bar .
  2. In the table of clients, select Edit in the Actions column to the left of the client's name.
  3. Select the Client Center Access tab.
  4. The client's name and registration status are shown. Make sure that the Client Center toggle button is switched on.
  5. Select the Show Details link. The client's email address and the date when the email invitation was sent are shown.
  6. If you want to resend the email invitation, select the Yes link.
