Set up staff tax roles and enter EFINs
If your firm is licensed for Onvio Tax, use the Roles tab to assign a tax role to a staff member and store related information.
Note: You must have security permission to edit staff information.
- In Onvio Center, click Setup > Staff and click Edit next to the name of the staff member.
 - Click the Roles tab.
Note: You will see an informational message if the staff member hasn't been assigned to the preparer role.
 - Mark the Preparer checkbox, and then the information fields will become visible and available for you to complete.
 - Click Save.
