Add a client

Before you start

Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Clients enabled.

Add a client

While you work in Onvio you can add new clients as needed. When you need to choose a client that doesn't exist, select Add a New Client or Add a Client at the bottom of the list of existing clients.

  1. In Onvio Center, select Setup, then Clients.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter an ID and Name.
  4. Choose the Entity Type for the client.
  5. Optionally, you can mark the client as confidential, add relationships and grant Client Center access to the client.

    Note:

    • Only Individuals can have access to Onvio Client Center. Add an individual contact as a relationship, then grant them Client Center access on behalf of the client.
    • Each email address must be unique for the associated contact.
  6. Select Save when you're finished.
