Add or update contact information
Before you start
- Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Contacts enabled.
Add a contact
A contact is an individual or business who you have interactions with. You can add a contact, then set a relationship to a client and grant them access to Client Center.
- In Onvio Center, choose Setup, then All Contacts.
- Select Add.
- Enter a Name.
- Optionally, you can mark the contact as Confidential, add relationships, define the fiscal year and grant Client Center access to the contact.
- Select Save when you're finished.
Notes:
- The fields that appear on the General tab vary depending on the selection you made in the Entity Type field. The default entity type is Individual.
- You can upload a photo of the contact by clicking the circle left of the contact's name at the top of the page.
