Change password

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen.

  1. Select Reset your password from the Thomson Reuters Account or Onvio Client Center sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email address and select Send link.
  3. Go to your email Inbox and find the Password reset request email.
  4. Select the link to complete the password change.
  5. Enter your new password twice, then select Change password.

Password requirements

Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:

  • minimum of 8 characters in length
  • must contain three of the four following character types:
    • lower case (a-z)
    • upper case (A-Z)
    • numbers (0-9)
    • special characters (!@#$%^&*)
  • no easily guessed words or phrases
